If I were to be successful, I would like to create a collaborative work of sculpture in human form, much larger than anything I have created before, made from organic and other natural substances, which would be a signifier of mankind's fragility but also a monument to his resilience, will and ability to survive. The work would be in the form of a biological evolution, a gradual entropic transformation from one state to another, which I hope would encourage the viewer to consider not only the likely state of the world in 25 years time, but also what mankind generally and they individually have the power to do about it. |
