As an only child i spent most of my childhood creating a dream world to live in and began trying to bring these imaginary things to life by creating sculptures or drawings. After doing fashion for 3 years I realised that I had an unsuppressable drive to create, ever since that day I have been working towards bringing my imagination to life creating believable installations that are not only theraputic for me but hopefully provoke questions about gender, morality and reality from the viewer. I have used my Ba(Hons)to develop my skills in sculpture, taxidermy and carpentry as well as developing my work constantly.

Work of art I would like to make

I would like to continue on the theme of hybrids. The idea that women will prevail as the stronger sex and advance baceuse of the advances in science. I like my work to look old as i dont necisarilly think the future will be so polished. recycling is a big thing and I like to use a lot of modified found items in my work. I would like to work on a larger scale maybe creating a whole house worth of corridors, or a makeshift laboratory. I want to portray these quite brutrally beautifull hybrids as the norm within this enviroment , i think this reflects on my childhood, and most peoples. thinsg always seem normal until you grow up.
