I was graduating at the Royal College of Art, Sculpture Department this year. I studied my BA in south Germany at the Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste in Karlsruhe, my professor at this time was Harald Klingelhoeller. Work of art I would like to make
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
the research I´m diong at the moment is about independent sculpture, changing relations of time in the transformation of material.
In a formal way my current research is about connecting abstract and realistic artistic languages, and developing an independent sculpture. As you can see in the images of works I handed in, that I´m working very concentrated with a medium, and try to develop this further. To work with the material stone, its an expensive research and it needs a lot of travels to quarries in different countries to find the right material. If you would support me I will invest this money to develop a new sculpture in a bigger version than the ones you can see on the images, and I would travel to the quarry where the stone comes from, which I need to realize this project. Then there would be costs as well, for the transport of the material and the realization. I´m interested to do a work for this exhibition and would be very thankful if you would support me.
