Royal College of Art
I was graduating at the Royal College of Art, Sculpture Department this year. I studied my BA in south Germany at the Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste in Karlsruhe, my professor at this time was Harald Klingelhoeller. This time was an important step in my artistic development, in a sense of finding a conceptual interest and sensibility for material. The time at the Royal College of Art was helping my work in being discussed from a new audience and develop a position as an independent sculpture.

Work of art I would like to make
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
the research I´m diong at the moment is about independent sculpture, changing relations of time in the transformation of material.
In a formal way my current research is about connecting abstract and realistic artistic languages, and developing an independent sculpture. As you can see in the images of works I handed in, that I´m working very concentrated with a medium, and try to develop this further. To work with the material stone, its an expensive research and it needs a lot of travels to quarries in different countries to find the right material. If you would support me I will invest this money to develop a new sculpture in a bigger version than the ones you can see on the images, and I would travel to the quarry where the stone comes from, which I need to realize this project. Then there would be costs as well, for the transport of the material and the realization. I´m interested to do a work for this exhibition and would be very thankful if you would support me.
