Institutional Support The Institutional Support program is designed to benefit artists, arts organizations, and the general public. The program provides general support for local arts councils and other non-profit organizations that provide artistic performances, exhibitions, publications, classes, workshops, and special events in all arts disciplines. This is a three-year grant program with applications accepted again in 2010. Intent to Apply Deadline All applicants must submit a letter stating their intent to apply no later than January 15, 2007 (postmark). Letters must be printed on either the applicant organization’s letterhead or e-mailed directly to the NDCA jwebb@nd.gov.
