Projekt30 is taking submissions for its monthly publicly juried exhibition, scheduled to open October 1st, 2007. We are an artist- run arts organization dedicated to promoting emerging artists. The exhibition will include thirty artists; invitations will be distributed to over 50,000 galleries, collectors, and fellow artists. All artwork submitted will be presented online prior to the exhibition so visitors of Projekt30 may help select which artists will be included in the exhibition. Visitors have the option of contacting any participating artist with feedback or opportunities. Unlike other juried exhibitions, all participants receive exposure. Opens: October 1, 2007. Grant amounts in this program generally do not exceed 50% of the project budget. The Arts Partnership program requires a 1:1 cash match. Eligibility: Our primary concerns are the creative vision of the applicant and the quality of the work. Work must be original in concept and made by the hands of the exhibiting artist! Artists must be present with their work for the entire six days of the Festival. Applications will be considered only if 100% complete. Artist may apply in up to two different media categories. Separate applications are required for each application category. An artist can apply only once in a single category. Two artists (and not more than two) may submit a collaborative application to be considered as one entry and accepted or rejected as such. If accepted, both artists must be present at Festival. All work exhibited must be comparable to work shown in the submitted application. Work inconsistent with this provision will be removed by Festival personnel. Artists may display work only in the media category in which they are accepted.
