Purpose Prize
http://www.templeton.org/prizes/the_purpose_prize/

The Purpose Prize awards $100,000 prizes to five social entrepreneurs who are 60 years or older and are trying to improve their communities through their work. As a society, little has been done to support the remarkable efforts of these individuals, which further supports the notion of a decline in the second half of life, rather than a time of creativity, invention and contribution. These awards were created to honor and support the elders in our communities who are making a difference. Civic Ventures, 123 Townsend Street, Suite 505, San Francisco, CA, 94107, phone: 415-430-0141, fax: 415-430-0144 info@civicventures.org
