This year's final round is being judged by internationally acclaimed artist, Dexter Dalwood,
whose work can be found in both the Tate and Saatchi Collections. In '10 he was a finalist for the prestigious Turner Prize. - Submissions open till October 2 (11:59 pm PDT)
