江苏技术师范学院艺术设计学院，座落在长江三角洲中心有龙城、服装城、动漫城之称的常州。

艺术设计学院的前身一艺术设计系，始建于1986年，是江苏省高校艺术设计类专业办学较早的高校艺一，是全国艺术职业教育师资培训基地，办学历时20年，积累了较丰富的办学经验。

艺术设计学院下设计系、服装系、广告与摄影系、美术基础部、艺术实践中心、艺术设计研究斫、人体文化艺术研究斫、民间艺术研究斫。

    Academic Staff and Description
    陆少游，教授,原任艺术设计系（艺术设计学院）系主任，设计艺术学学科带头人，校学术委员会委员,艺术设计研究所所长,负责国家艺术学科十五重大课题《艺术设计思潮》的研究，主持省高等学校《艺术设计类本科应用型人才培养模式的研究》课题的研究，20余幅设计作品在省级以上及国外展览会展出，16篇论文在《装饰》等杂志发表，教材《图形创意与设计》由四川美术出版社出版。负责重点建设的艺术设计专业被评为省级特色专业。从事广告设计、广告摄影、图形创意等课程的教学、创作及研究，主持《广告设计》被评为省优秀课程，学生作业曾获全国金奖。
    News and Events
    新视野讯 （学生记者 许秋萍）6月9日晚，艺术设计学院2006届服装毕业设计作品发布会在财经学院三楼大礼堂隆重举行。本次发布会以“着色”为主题，共有创意类、生活类、礼服类、摇滚类四大系列，展出服装多达230套。所有参加秀展的服装由艺术设计学院60位06届毕业生设计并制作而成。
