Art + Auction
In its 20th year, London Art Fair attracted over 21,000 visitors with strong sales reported across a wide range of work from LS Lowry to Banksy.
Both Photo50, the new curated photography section, and
Art Projects received strong critical praise and we look forward to developing both areas for 2008.

Now entering its 20th year, London Art Fair is the UK’s largest and most established Modern British and contemporary art fair. Established in 1988, the Fair encompasses around one-hundred rigorously selected galleries presenting work from museum quality Modern British artists alongside young emerging talent.
Attracting 21,000 seasoned and aspiring collectors, London Art Fair gives galleries the opportunity to renew relationships with existing clients and develop significant new contacts early in the New Year.
London Art Fair offers a uniquely welcoming atmosphere for galleries and visitors to meet and do business. Strong marketing ensures a steady flow of visitors with three evening receptions targeting specific groups including a specific focus on the City, barristers and other high net worth individuals.
In 2007 the Fair also successfully launched the Collectors Lounge – a new VIP space offering VIP visitors and exhibiting galleries somewhere to relax away from the crowds.

If you wish to exhibit at London Art Fair in January 2008 you
should complete and return an application form by 4th May 2007.

Images
Please ensure that images provided to support your application are supplied on CD to the following specification:
• Format: .jpeg or .gif
• Resolution: 72 dpi
• Image size: 600 pixels wide
• File size of images not to exceed 1MB
Please note: slides, photographs, transparencies and catalogues will not be considered for selection.
All applications are rigorously vetted by a committee of leading gallery directors and stands will be allocated from June 2007.
Applying for ARTS PROJECTS
Art Projects is a subsidised section of the Fair with space for
around twenty special projects. Art Projects gives dealers the freedom to experiment, show less commercial work and demonstrate their gallery’s personality.
