850- Contemporary Arts Program Revisited:Marius Pfannenstiel

Der Bildhauer und Fotograf zeichnet den Alltag der Zivilisation fotografisch auf. Die Menschen selbst sind dabei lediglich durch ihre Produkte oder die Spuren ihrer Aktivitäten vertreten. Aus einem umfangreichen Bilderfundus kombiniert der Künstler für seine Diavorträge Bildsequenzen, die sich ohne Rücksicht auf zeitliche und örtliche Zusammenhänge, jedoch meistens einem konkreten Thema verpflichtet und von gesprochenem Text begleitet, zu visuellen Assoziationsketten formieren. Unter dem Titel 'Löwen und Hunde' wird Münchner Terrain durchstreift, das Oktoberfest besucht und der städtische Alltag ausgiebig von einem Fenster im Fünften Stockwerk aus betrachtet. Gelegentlich kann auch ein kurzer Ausflug stattfinden.
