Work of art I would like to make

I intend to leave the metal structure of the Channel 4 Logo as it is and have 2 speakers at its base broadcasting Channel 4. Broadcast will be continuously interrupted by silence. Pauses will be dictated by a set system (for example 1 minute audio on 1 minute off for 10 minutes, then 1 minute on 30 seconds off for 5 minutes, then 20 seconds on 2 minutes off etc.). Volume will be frequently altered.
