Work of art I would like to make

Clad the framework with discarded cathode ray television sets. The work references notions of recycling / waste / art farm - media burn / repetition & differential / memory / mass audience and the individual experience / diversity and residue. Arranged in tiers of variable sizes, these television sets could be collected in a number of ways - donation/recycling by the public ebay - £1 will buy you an old 15" television landfill & council dumps. In a sense the work is an expressive of what it is to be a public broadcaster - monolithic, diverse, adaptive, unifying. I would estimate that to clad the entire framework would need 1500 television sets. If weight is a concern, the screens could be replaced with vacuum formed replicas. (nb the screens are inactive- they are there as physical objects rather than as relayers of information.)
