Work of art I would like to make

A combination of live-action footage with animation will be applied to large scale lenticulars-holographic panels- upon the 'Big 4' structure. As the viewer walks past the images will play out a sequence. The holograms will allow for about 4 seconds of animation. In this time I wish to depict a rather unlikely scene of a blimp dropping a bomb into a field of cows. I will film footage of actual cows but the blimp and bomb will be constructed out of clay, with layers of drawn texture added digitally afterwards. This will then be used for the animated sequence. As the viewer walks past, they will see the bomb falling, which is then interrupted by TV static, or 'white noise', to then show the same scene, though where the bomb was descending, birds are now ascending. The scenes will be depicted in a relative scale/perspective around the '4'. The images shown are merely a rough 'sketch' of what the finished piece will look like.
