| Joyce Korotkin is a critic, independent curator and artist based in New York. A US correspondent writing feature articles and reviews for tema celeste contemporary art, she has also contributed to ArtReview, written numerous essays for artist's catalogues, and co-authored a book, 'NeoBaroque!' (with Micaela Giovannotti, published by Charta, 2006). As an independent curator, Korotkin has most recently co-curated 'Out of True' in the Design District during Art/Basel/Miami 2006, and 'NeoBaroque!' in Verona, Italy. Korotkin's paintings have most recently been exhibited at the Museum of Glass: International Center for Contemporary Art, WA, Moti Hasson Gallery, NY, Luxe Gallery, NY, and White Columns, NY. Her work is included in museum and public collections. |
