本人有地想与艺术家合作建工作室，可以以土地出租或建工作室补偿等其他方式合作。土地面积：45*55米。
土地地理位置：北京市通州区宋庄镇北寺村
周边环境介绍：北寺村有国宝级人物黄永玉和他的万荷堂，有陈希同的桃花山庄，正在建设的400万平米生态娱乐园，。土地周边有几百棵树木形成天然氧吧，有简易的健身器械，据潮白河只有一公里多的路程，交通有通州二路汽车，由通州北苑城铁站直达。

I own a land,I intend to build studios for artists , I could rent out or make compensation co-operation in other ways. The land area: 45 x 55 square meters.
Land location:Beishi village( North Teramura),Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing ,China.
Surrounding environment: North Teramura has national treasure figures--- Huang Yongyu and his Wanhetang and Chen Xitong’s the Peach Blossom Villas, A 4,000,000 square meters ecological entertainment park is on construction . Hundreds of trees in the surrounding have formed a natural oxygen bar with simple fitness equipment, it is only one kilometer away form Chaobai river. Tongzhou No.2 bus can directly drive to Tongzhou Beiyuan suburban railway station.
