陈奇先生,旅居新加坡华裔著名油画家,双栖绘画理论创始人。
陈奇先生在长期艺术创作实践中,积累经验,勇于探索。从研究光和色的有机结合切入,深刻分析了西方不同时期、不同风格的近百名绘画大师的绘画作品,研究他们采用的材料和绘画技法,从理论上、观念上领悟他们的绘画精髓,从而创立了古典主义、印象派和现代派三者不等结合的绘画理论,这就是对当今世界油画领域产生巨大冲击和影响力的新光色绘画概念——双栖绘画理论。
奇特双栖绘画——率性自然、气韵丰盈
画家陈奇高度的知识修养、明确的审美角度、深厚的艺术功底……都给我们带来了无限的震撼。
当今社会,开放的文化视野促进了传统绘画在当代的发展和开拓的可能性,画家主体精神的觉醒,就是把对人生的理解置身于高尚的精神领域。荒芜的物质社会期待着精神领域的成长和发展,这一切体现在当代绘画成为艺术创作的因素。绘画本身就是“追求精神产品和灵魂价值的时代历程”。
为创立双栖绘画理论,解决色与光效应的再现而创建新的绘画艺术概念,陈奇先生首先从研究西方绘画大师作品入手。他选择不同时期的百余名西方绘画大师的经典作品,深入地分析他们绘画使用的材料和技法,并且从理论上、观念上去理解他们的绘画精神实质。如17、18世纪委拉斯凯兹、鲁本斯伦勃朗的戏剧舞台式光色空间概念艺术思想理念;19世纪莫奈、凡高、塞尚对光色的理解和物体反射光色的效果、限定空间及情感的宣泄方式;20世纪鲁奥、巴尔蒂斯精湛的绘画制作工艺和强烈的个人绘画风格……在对这些大师的传世之作一一进行深刻理解和揣摩后,形成了自己独特的绘画理念。
在这种理论指导下,陈奇先生运用了古典主义、印象主义、立体主义等多种学派的风格……创建了用不等式技巧相结合的方法奠定了个人绘画理念。在这种技法的指导下,陈先生的作品以一种傲然独立的面貌呈现在我们眼前。
其作品画面绚丽夺目、造型唯美准确、色彩斑斓多变。画面上的物体远近有机结合、造型相互呼应、空间协调统一。光线移动的变化,使画面色与型以感情结合,使物体与空间向前移动趋于平面立体化。
陈奇先生的绘画作品多次在美国、法国、英国、荷兰、德国、澳大利亚、新加坡等地展出,并被几十家美术馆广泛收藏。
陈奇先生的绘画作品《荷塘》(170cm*130cm)以20万新币的高价(合人民币百万以上)被新加坡万德画廊收藏;《荷花》(120cm*100cm)在新加坡售价六万新币(合人民币30万元)。该画以紫灰兰色调为主旋律,暖暖灰、紫群青、印度黄点滴玫瑰红为主色。在色彩上既单纯又丰富多彩,在造型上既简单又复杂饱满,是矛盾统一关系的硕果,在物体上睡莲和荷花两个品种两个形态合一。
色光的通用奇特,假定的固有色,利用多维空间的方法限定空间与移动空间各展示,左右的推移的切割各一节层次清晰。布局合理,重点突出花。在绘画技法上,刀与笔共同使用,刀法流畅、笔触大气、挥洒自如,宁静的湖水特写“荷莲”相恋形体嫁接花儿,静静开着,默默流水像是梦中莲花池,也像紫灰色的水中梦。清雅、洒脱、传神,浓淡皆相宜,色光更宜人,无言地述说、轻轻地呢喃,把人带入一个宁静悠远的世界……
画家追求一种心理直观的单纯感觉,追求无限空间、限定空间、移动空间、思维空间、表像空间,用不等式相加意识营造了一种真实又略带梦幻的感觉。花与水的笔触,色彩造型已经和古典、印象、现实主义手法有了相当大的差异。既具有古典派的严谨度,又包含了现代派的随意性。独特的表现性、独特的绘画语言,综合体现了画家丰富的内涵和修养,为我们打开了一扇窗,让我们珍惜无法取代的大自然,创造自然的生活空间,浮想联翩……
画家的创造具有鲜明民族地域特征而又超越民族与地域局限性的世界艺术,这才是我们当代艺术家的使命。因此,告别西方洋老师,又返归到东方历史长河寻师,从而选择了自己道路,让自己笔下的画即有东方泥土的芬芳,又从总体视觉到细部体验到渗透其中的当代意识。
