Art work Description:
Janet Green's painting focuses on colour, texture and shape through her depictions of still life in the landscape. The landscape often inspires the choice of the still life, as in this work where the lush green and purples of the cabbage echo the trees, whilst the red and brown earth of the Flinders Ranges is complemented by the earthenware pottery.
