Les altotypes de Bovidae présentés à La Poissonnerie s’inscrivent dans la lignée de l’œuvre d’Alfons Alt commencée il y a quinze ans avec le Bestiaire. Alfons Alt associe les plus anciens procédés de la photographie, la chambre et le résino-pigment, à une singularité d’artiste mûe par le mythe, le symbole et la poésie, ici un taureau miura ; là un zébu d’Afrique...(cf son ouvrage « 5, ou le taureau et les cardinaux » édité par Images en Manœuvres Editions en 2000)
