| For his second exhibition at g-module, Alan Wiener presents new sculptures and a recent series of drawings realized since 2003. All these works are marked by the use of specific materials dear to the artist, notably aquaresin. This material is an element of remarkable plasticity allowing the direction of gravity's forces during the process of solidification. Wiener skillfully uses one single material to produce very irregular and raw sculptures, but also to create smooth and fine surfaces into which he draws lugubrious figures.
