Paul Marks' forte lies in free-hand drawings and mosaic works. This particular work is a typical example of his great talent in design. He uses a marker pen to create a three-dimensional image on canvas which had been primed in pink. The result of his meticulous application of the pen is that of waves or sand dunes. The onlooker is generally fascinated by the ever changing image and patterns emerging, as he moves closer or sideways.
