Exhibition Photo Description:

Cries and Whispers (Cris et chuchotements) From 20 September 2008 to 4 January 2009 23 women artists exhibit a wide range of disciplines. Cries & Whispers marks the 20th anniversary of Le Centre de la Gravure and explores the themes of feminine identity, intimacy and fantasy. A large number of the exhibits are produced especially for the occasion.

MUSEUM ATTENDANCE FIGURES

The Art Newspaper has published its international survey of 2010 museum attendance figures, and our three exhibitions last year have been ranked as the second, third and fourth most visited in London, surpassed only by Van Gogh at the Royal Academy of Arts. This follows on from The Art Newspaper's 2009 ranking in which the Saatchi Gallery presented the top two most visited exhibitions in London.
