BAL (Barbara Ann Levy) Gallery represents the work of emerging and midlevel career artists. For nine years the gallery was located in The Ice Palace Entertainment Complex in Cherry Grove, NY on The Fire Island National Seashore. In 2011 the gallery is located online.

The gallery had a second location in Chelsea/NYC in recent years.

Exhibitions have been reviewed by The New York Times, The Village Voice, Art In America,Art In America Guide to Galleries and Museums, Art News, Art On Paper, The New Yorker, The New York Observor, The Fire Island Tide and The Fire Island News.
