Art 365: An exhibition of six artists who worked for a year under a grant from the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition.
Art 365 :: Artist Panel
April 10, 6:30 pm
Untitled [ArtSpace] will host a panel discussion on April 10 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm with “Art 365” artists Betsy Barnum, Joseph Daun, and Ashley Griffith. The artists will discuss their work and experiences with “Art 365,” an exhibition sponsored by the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition in which each artist was given a $10,000 honorarium and 365 days to create a new body of work. Barnum made a series of autobiographical prints, Daun constructed two interactive sculptures, and Griffith crafted grids of the photographs she took during the year.

Narciso Argüelles
Opening Reception: May 9, 5 pm – 8 pm
Exhibition Dates: May 9 – June 28, 2008
Narciso Argüelles grew up on both sides of the Mexican and US border and developed the issues surrounding that divide into his upcoming installation at Untitled [ArtSpace]. Narciso Argüelles will have an opening reception on May 9 from 5 pm to 8 pm. Selected works by Luis Jiménez and Joe Ramiro Garcia will be also be shown. The exhibition of the three artists’ work will run through June 28.

Untitled [ArtSpace] reviews portfolios biannually in January and June. Artists interested in exhibiting their work at Untitled should submit a portfolio including the following:
A cover letter;
Ten to fifteen images of a recent body of work, preferably on CD;
An artist statement;
A current résumé with contact information; and
A self-addressed and stamped return envelope or permission to file the portfolio.
