LARMgalleri is a young Danish gallery situated in Valby, the southern part of Copenhagen. Louise and Lars Rahbek established the gallery in 2005. The gallery started out as a small space in the western part of the city, but in 2006 it reopened in Valby, now with 220 square meter of exhibition space.
LARMgalleri mainly represents young, contemporary Danish and foreign artists, working in diverse media such as painting, video, sculpture, photography and installations.
LARMgalleri is currently representing 15 artists permanently, and is also working with other galleries, both Danish and foreign, to create exciting and innovative shows. Among the foreign artists shown at the gallery are Petri Ala-Maunus, Hein Spellman, J. H. Engström, Jutta Scheiner and Moritz Schleime and Claire Hooper.
