GAPAL. I'm From Caracas Venezuela passionate for the Arts I started constructing my own universe, Later in the 1970’s, attending High school, I went to the prestigious School of Plastic arts Cristobal Rojas, in Caracas. 1980’s when I came to the United States and made my individual studio at the W. Rogers State University, and at Central State University Edmond OK. Later on in the 1990’s I started instructing Plastic & Visual Arts on different levels at The Cultural Arts Center in Torrance California, and performing in front of a public audience The Chromosymphony in conjunction with the Torrance Symphony Orchestra.
At the beginning of the 21st Century new experiences manifested onto my new life in Miami, I began a new series of Paintings which started developing throughout correlative dynamics and poly chromatic dialogs emphasizing rhythm and graphism producing a quasi-three dimensional effect into my creation. World AIDS Day Art Exhibition To Open On Nov. 26, 2008
Artists, photographers, design students and others to showcase their works in Miami and Fort Lauderdale to express their feelings about global crisis of HIV/AIDS
MIAMI/FORT LAUDERDALE, FL
(November 3, 2008) – Miami Beach Community Health Center’s “Through the Eyes of Love” in honor of World AIDS Day will showcase a diverse collection of art and photographs, symbolizing the depth of local artists’ thoughts and feelings as it relates to HIV/AIDS. This Miami and Fort Lauderdale admission-free exhibition will also include hundreds of panels from The NAMES Project Foundation-AIDS Memorial Quilt.
Miami Beach Community Health Center’s Through the Eyes of Love in honor of World AIDS Day will take place at the Harvey W. Seeds Post 29 American Legion in Miami (6445 NE 7th Avenue) from Tues., Dec. 2 through Sun., Dec. 14 in partnership with ArtCenter/South Florida and The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale (2414 E. Sunrise Blvd.) from Wed., Nov. 26 through Sun., Dec. 14 in partnership with ArtServe and ArtsUnited.
