ART N STUFF.COM LTD is sponsoring an exciting new annual art competition, the “Art-n-Stuff Annual Auction Art Award” (5 As). The prize exhibition is valued at £20,000 plus sales revenue.
The competition rules are as follows:
1) Any visual artist aged 18 years or older living anywhere in the world may enter the competition.
2) A series of art auctions will be held at art-n-stuff.com. The Terms and Conditions of the auctions are described above.
3) The 2012 5A’s competition will be based on the sale figures for the five monthly auctions running from April to August 2012. Each auction will begin on the first day of a calendar month and end on the last day of a calendar month. To be admitted to the competition an artwork must reach a threshold price that will be set by the Company.
4) The Artist who sells his/her artwork at the highest price over the complete series of five auctions will be the overall competition winner. ART AUCTIONS HELD MONTHLY
The exhibition and sale of fine art in auctions has always been a central feature of the art market. The record prices for art by the world’s leading artists have been achieved as a result of competition in auctions among collectors. A similar approach can be used to build the reputation of artists and add value to their artworks at any stage of the artist’s career.
1) ART N STUFF.COM LTD is holding a series of auctions designed to promote the sales and reputation of Artists at all stages of their careers. Any visual artist aged 18 years or older living anywhere in the world may enter the auction. There are no restrictions on the kind of art objects that can be entered, except pornography will not be considered. Paintings, sculpture, photography, video, and mixed media works are all welcome. Auctions will occur monthly from 00:01:00 (one minute past midnight) GMT March 1, 2012.
2) Artists will have the opportunity to sell artworks at art-n-stuff.com auctions using a combination of artistic ability and promotional skills.
