Artists Unlimited Galerie

For over 20 years Artists Unlimited e.V. exists as an artists house and a project which brings living and working together under one roof, as well as organising and financing a gallery and an international guest artists studio.

From its beginning as a student project it has developed into an established cultural centre in Bielefeld. Presented here is the artistic and creative work of the present members and guests, showing a wide spectrum of current art.

Over the 20 years Artists Unlimited has financed 64 guest artists for a three month scholarship where the results were then exhibited in the gallery. A self financed promotion of the arts from artists for artists is seldom, maybe even unique, it has opened up a stimulating cultural dialog for the region with partners from around the world.
The contributions from the guest artists demonstrate the important value of the guest studio.

Location And Getting There
From the highway:
Autobahn A2 exit Bielefeld-Mitte, direction Bielefeld-Zentrum, after 6,1 km turn right into the August-Bebel-Straße, after 1 km turn left into the Viktoriastraße, after 10 m you see the entrance in the "Milestones-Beergarden".

From the station:
Leave the station straight on into the Herbert-Hinnendahl-Straße, after 250 m leave the roundabout traffic half left into the Paulusstraße, after 300 m turn right into the August-Bebel-Straße, after 600 m turn right into the Viktoriastraße, after 10 m you see the entrance in the "Milestones-Beergarden".
