During her first solo exhibition in Paris, the artist
unveils intimate and sensual pictures.
Mundane but striking.
The way she captures the neglected male body is
as rare as well as remarkable for a young Japanese
woman living in Tokyo.
Her training with ARAKI, one of the stars of Japanese
photography, is probably something we shouldn’t
forget.
Sakiko NOMURA can also evoke the feeling of
loneliness intrinsic to travel, .
Then she takes us through the aseptic mystery of
transit places.
And our eyes remain focused.
