The gallery was founded in 1983 by its owner, Magnus Åklundh. The direction is to exhibit Swedish, Scandinavian as well as international artists. The ambition is to show a mixture of different medias in contemporary art i.e photography, drawing, painting, sculpture and video installation.
The gallery space is about 300 square meters, divided into the main gallery, W.I.P. (Work In Progress) - a space where artists can show a more experimental attitude, showroom, library etc.
One focal point is to present, exhibit and promote artists from the Malmö region.
Publishing books, participate in art fairs and art consulting are other activities.
