Le Jungle Group began in New York City in December of 2006 by artists Johnny LeValley and Ksenia Hovden. The idea was to create a diverse, and moving gallery for artists from around the world to express themselves through various mediums including painting, video, photography, architecture, performance, music, fashion and other variations of cultural expression. After a very successful first opening on December 14th, three shows were added at the 34 Greene Street location and another two photography exhibitions at other New York locations. These shows helped the artist community of New York come together combining various types and levels
of artists which the founders of Le Jungle consider to be their biggest success, next to the importance of personal human expression found in expression of art. Le Jungle Group proudly announces its success with a website dedicated to its past and future exhibitions and artists.
