The focus of the gallery programming is on work that is inspired by the strategies of pioneering conceptual and performance art, made contemporary by the infusion of elements derived from both personally and culturally specific explorations and critiques.
An expanding group of American and European artists are complemented by a core group of young, Vancouver-based artists whose practices are situated within current art-historical strategies. Our programming of exhibitions is focused on contextualizing gallery artists within the global art dialogue and introducing the work of younger artists working in the international sphere to Canadian collectors and museums.
