Who wouldn't like to have a wonder lamp with a good genie for satisfying all your wishes and dreams?
The dream to submerge and leave all things behind, to find everlasting love or the door to paradise. The wish to gain omniscience, immortality or even of acting devinely.
Well what shall we say to this? - "God protect us from what we want", dreaming is still permitted.
This issue is methaphoricly covered at the exhibition "Wishes & Dreams", 12 paintings by Jacqueline Ditt.

From an aesthetic point of view the arctic zones of this earth present themselves in impressingly beautiful pictures. Living there turns out to be difficult unless you are a polar bear or a penguin.
In "Icescape", the new song by Mario Strack this frosty appearance stands metaphorical for a congealed sense of life - the cold as a symbol for unfulfilled desire.
The Artist was illustrating this piece with photographs of frozen water in which both large and small scale shape into bizarre structures.
