Winner of Coolest Museum/Gallery Awards 2010 at Prestige Events Cool Venue Awards
Saatchi Gallery at the Duke of York's HQ on King's Road by Sloane Square is one of London's
most exciting event hire venues. Its unique nature not only stems from its fascinating
history, but also because the space itself is
unrivalled in terms of possibilities and flexibility.
The Saatchi Gallery occupies the entire 70,000 square feet of this magnificent building, with all
rooms available for hire. The Gallery interiors are modern, simple, and very well proportioned
with high ceilings; an ideal blank canvas for production and an elegant setting for all events.
Please refer to the video tour for a closer look at the new Gallery.
The Gallery is ideal for both large and more intimate events, with a capacity of up to 1500 people.
We encourage each client to personally choose the specific rooms they wish to hire, but will
also guide you based on suitability. There is the option of exclusive or partial hire based on
your requirements.
"Thank you Saatchi Gallery, we were delighted with the event."

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
"On behalf of Jaguar Cars I wanted to write to thank you for all the support you gave us to help ensure our Global XJ launch was such a success.
Your support throughout ensured we were able to deliver a very unique and special global launch to a very wide global audience. We wanted to find a unique British venue and we have received many comments regarding our choice of the Saatchi Gallery - and it's suitability for the Global Launch of XJ - the "fusion of Art and Machine."
You worked tirelessly to support us with regard to liaison with both Cadogan Estates and the local residents for which we are most grateful. Thank you for helping us to create the Global reveal we had envisaged - I hope you are able to now get some rest before your next events. Remember to tell that car manufacturer that rejected the Saatchi Gallery as a venue - "as it was impossible to get cars in" that it still is! We just created a bit of Jaguar/Saatchi magic."

This year we were excited to hold our Annual Portfolio Tasting at the Saatchi Gallery, this is the pinnacle of our event calendar and it could not have been located at a better venue. Our guests and staff alike were delighted to be in one of the most unique and interesting event spaces in London. From my initial conversations about booking the venue, through to planning of the event and the event itself Amy and Karen handled everything with expert care and attention and I look forward to working with them again in the near future. I would highly recommend the Saatchi for an events space!

We have received incredible feedback from our guests who thoroughly enjoyed the venue. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Saatchi Gallery as a great space to hold events.

Recently Empire Entertainment,. Inc. was asked to produce a series of events in New York and London celebrating the launch of Bobby Sager's photography book: The Power of the Invisible Sun.
Each event would require a substantial production installation to facilitate the visual projection of his work, would include a performance by Sting and his band, and would need to meet the standards of a VVIP audience that included celebrities like Annie Lennox, Val Kilmer, Richard Grant and others.
The Saatchi Gallery was selected as the venue and we could not have made a better choice. The minimal, clean, white wall design of the space perfectly suited our needs for projection. The stature of the Saatchi Gallery as an international leader in presenting contemporary art was an ideal venue in which to present this photographers work. Acoustically Sting's mini-concert could not have sounded better and the Gallery's layout was ideal for accommodating our needs for a grand press arrival area, a bespoke registration area, several smaller lounges for guest bars and buffets and a grand gallery in which to present our main program.
Saatchi Gallery's staff were perfectly accommodating and really became an important part of the event team - providing solutions and capability essential to the success of the party. In the end, our 200+ guests and especially our client were thrilled with the event and we were thrilled to hold it at the Saatchi Gallery. We look forward to returning!

We had in excess of 170 event professionals' net working and enjoying the look and feel of the Gallery. Your professionalism and can do attitude in the run up to the event and on the evening is a true credit to the Saatchi Gallery.

We were particularly grateful for your help in suggesting solutions to issues such as noise and layout and your knowledge of the Gallery and previous events stood us in good stead. The Saatchi Gallery was a very beautiful space to use and really fulfilled our aims for the sort of space we wanted to hold our 10th anniversary in, we have had excellent feedback."

"On behalf of the Crafts Council, I am writing to send our warmest thanks to you all for your contribution to the success of COLLECT 2009 at the Saatchi Gallery.
Overall the event was a great success. It was extremely well received by visitors who expressed great enthusiasm for the step change in COLLECT made possible by the new venue and its increased space.
Over 10,000 visitors attended the event including 1,300 at the private view, meeting our target and exceeding numbers for Collect 2008. We do know that many exhibitors sold well, and that sales held up despite the recession. Press coverage was extremely good this year.
We would very much like to progress discussions with you regarding firming up our dates for COLLECT 2010.
In the meantime I would like to thank you for your commitment, patience and support to the Crafts Council in making COLLECT 2009 a very successful event.
All good wishes"

"A very belated Thank You for all you did to make Wednesday night such a success for the ICR! It was a pleasure to work with you and thank you for all your help and support behind the scenes. We have had very positive feedback about the evening so far.
The Dinner was deemed to be a huge success, venue wonderful and food excellent, and we have raised quite a lot of money, both in donations on the night and pledges which are coming in gradually. I have heard from two other unrelated sources who attended as guests that they were really delighted to be at the Saatchi and what a fabulous place!"
All in all a wonderful evening so thank you again."
