Gallery hire at The Saatchi Gallery offers clients the unique opportunity to experience the grandeur of Britain's most exciting contemporary art museum while enjoying a private view of the work on display at the same time.

The Saatchi Gallery has a wide variety of rooms suitable for gallery hire ranging from small to larger, more expansive areas. Whatever the nature of your event - be it a private party, a business conference or a family function - gallery hire at The Saatchi Gallery is offered at very competitive prices and has never been easier to organise.

The Gallery has a large capacity, and is just as adept at structuring large, professional conferences as it is at organising private parties or family gatherings.

Gallery hire can be tailored to clients' requirements. For occasions which require an increased level of privacy, private dining rooms and the Gallery's smaller viewing spaces are perfectly suited to an intimate and memorable occasion. These are available for gallery hire both during the daytime and evening.

Gallery hire for business conferences, product launches or awards ceremonies is also highly encouraged, and the Gallery works with a professional events management firm GSP to structure and co-ordinate such events. Technical equipment such as audio-visual systems can also be supplied for projections, presentations and films if necessary.

Recently Empire Entertainment,. Inc. was asked to produce a series of events in New York and London celebrating the launch of Bobby Sager's photography book: The Power of the Invisible Sun.

Each event would require a substantial production installation to facilitate the visual projection of his work, would include a performance by Sting and his band, and would need to meet the standards of a VVIP audience that included celebrities like Annie Lennox, Val Kilmer, Richard Grant and others.

The Saatchi Gallery was selected as the venue and we could not have made a better choice. The minimal, clean, white wall design of the space perfectly suited our needs for projection. The stature of the Saatchi Gallery as an international leader in presenting contemporary art was an ideal venue in which to present this photographers work. Acoustically Sting's mini-concert could not have sounded better and the Gallery's layout was ideal for accommodating our needs for a grand press arrival area, a bespoke registration area, several smaller lounges for guest bars and buffets and a grand gallery in which to present our main program.

Saatchi Gallery's staff were perfectly accommodating and really became an important part of the event team - providing solutions and capability essential to the success of the party. In the end, our 200+ guests and especially our client were thrilled with the event and we were thrilled to hold it at the Saatchi Gallery. We look forward to returning! JB Miller

Overall the event was a great success. It was extremely well received by visitors who expressed great enthusiasm for the step change in COLLECT made possible by the new venue and its increased space.
