Our terms and conditions for making online purchases from the Saatchi Gallery Online Shop:
Shipping
UK: Allow 2 - 3 days
Europe: Allow 3 - 5 days
Rest of the World: Allow 3 - 5 days
Please note: All orders will be sent by recorded delivery in the U.K and by courier to Europe and the Rest of the World and will therefore require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery
We will deliver the books ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on normal processing.
Returns Policy
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied please return the goods to the Saatchi Gallery Bookshop. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. The Saatchi Gallery Bookshop will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The Saatchi Gallery Bookshop shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
