Groups - Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando
All group visits, with or without a guide, must be reserved in writing, by fax (+34 915 241 034) or email (museo.visitas@rabasf.org) at least 10 days previous to the visit. The following information must be provided:
Contact details of the relevant institution
Date and exact time of visit
Number of visitors
Request for visit with or without guide
Group visits will not be allowed on days when there is free entry to the museum (see above). Maximum number if visitors per group are 25 people (Museum visits) and 20 people (Temporary Exhibitions visits). There is a minimum time difference between each group of 30 minutes (Museum visits) and 45 minutes (Temporary Exhibitions visits). Teachers or group guides should not give more than 30 minutes’ explanation per room, thus avoiding several groups blocking the rooms.
GROUP VISITS WITH VOLUNTARY GUIDE
The Museum offers schools and associations free guided visits with a group of museum volunteers who do their work on an altruistic basis and have been specifically trained to do it.
Visits with voluntary guides will not be given on days when there is free entry to the museum (see above).
Voluntary guides can visit Temporary Exhibitions.
