Description:A boy with a calf as metaphor for innocence and vulnerability being overridden by brutality and perversion. Namely, the young calf was separated from it’s mother too early and they kept mourning for each other. This was at a time when our Mother had disappeared without explanation for about six months. We were then separated from the calf because it was for livestock and our Father didn’t want us forming attachments there.
