The characteristic of my painting is their depth, their layering, and the images behind them, which become so obscured as to almost, but not quite, vanish. Despite all of that, the sheer love of paint is a construct which remains figurative.

Work of art I would like to makeAfter the experience at Slade where the studios are small and the work you produce, most of the times, is determined by the space you are working in, makes me realise it would be nice for once to not let the space compromise the size of the pieces.
If I am chosen I won’t create any thing metaphysic that will change the world we are living in but create a piece that wants to be determined by space or tutors advice, it will be a piece where I can express my self fully without any restrictions.
