I think about humanity as a chocolate cake, where beauty things visible to eye are on the top of it and those more intriguing and challenging are mixed altogether with fears and social pathology inside. This is how I am currently exploring the problems of painting by searching and re-investigating it on canvas. I try to cut a piece of that cake and bring it up to the viewer. I keep the things simple in my paintings and at the same time powerful them by gestural strokes and mark-making, what is an excellent spectrum to understand the problems and solutions.

Work of art I would like to make

‘Not only here, but elsewhere, it was necessary to look as we were doing nothing.’
I found this phrase in one of the magazine, however I do not know the name of the author of these words. I wish to make a paintings related to that sentence, because there is something from lost identity of this phrase and its reality. I might to support a work with image source to explore and investigate visual ideas. It might be philosophical or literal exploration and approach to the subject, but definitely there will be an element of surprise.
There is something shocking in boredom of this phrase, what will challenge myself enough to create oil paintings.
