The Dome is a combination of a mathimatical idea and locations that are important to me. The mathematical idea consists of being able to map an infinate amount of points between zero and one. This is usually shown in 2D, but the 3D representation is, in my opinion, quite successful. The centre of the dome is 0 and everypoint on the circumference, 1. The points outside the circle represent different locations that are important or appeal to me, and are mapped into the dome onto their relevant images. |
