Photo Description:
This A1 acrylic painting was particularly inspired by Lucian Freud's portraits, in the way I see the subject - Lucy. My overall theme for the piece was differing perspectives of people in my life, so to interpret this I used impasto medium on an A1 canvas to capture the textures and colours of Lucy's emotions. The woodland background gave it a very dreamlike, almost fantasy feel.
