This installation piece links to an interest in Pop Art techniques and its strong connections with everyday life, to my own desire to create a three dimensional piece that will have an immediate visual impact on the viewer. The sink and unit are painted to resemble Lichtenstein's comic book style, with everyday items such as a rubber duck, soap and washing up liquid linking to consumerism and how it is swallowing us and society as a whole up.
