Photo Description:
My recent project explores the making of installations from disembodied machinery within photography. I sprayed the deconstructed lawn mower engine white, and suspended the peices above a table. This mirrors the line of the table. The image explores tonal similarities and the relationship between still life, installation and gravity. It also leads the audience to question the ambiguity of the image, whether it's still life or installation.
