Harris Academy Purley opened in September 2009. Building on the Harris Federation’s excellent track record in Croydon, we have a student and staff body who are eager to make their mark as the first generation at our Academy.
We combine the traditional values of discipline, respect and good manners with contemporary best practice in teaching and technology. With these core values in place, we aim to send out into the world students that are happy and educated, with the drive and ambition to be successful.
In providing our students with a top rate education, we want staying on for Sixth Form to be the norm, not the exception.
Our spectacular new and refurbished buildings match our aspirations for an Academy that brings learning alive.
