In the Hurst art department we endeavour to foster creativity and independent thinking in our students, as this leads to success, whatever their level of skill, and we encourage them to develop the best of their talents whilst at the same time investigating new and exciting ways to use their skills.
Hurstpierpoint College is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 4-18 located just north of the village of Hurstpierpoint West Sussex in the lee of the South Downs.
The Prep Art department comprises Mrs Nicola Mellet Head of Art . She maintains a lively, creative and enthusiastic department and gains immense satisfaction from seeing her students produce challenging and beautiful art work in the Prep studio.
