St. Thomas' is a Church of England aided primary school for children aged 4+ to 11 years. For over 110 years St Thomas' CEP School, as part of the adjacent St Thomas' Church, has served the village of Groombridge. We are proud of this tradition.

Our purpose is to aspire for excellence in every area of the life of our school, following the values and teaching of the Christian faith, and to enable children to fulfil their potential.
Our mission is that a sense of purpose must reach out to every family of the School where caring relationships and enthusiasm pervade each and every corner.
To achieve this, we aim to provide a happy school atmosphere and an environment based upon mutual respect and care for others - one in which each individual's contribution and talents are nurtured, encouraged and valued.
