Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Public School (Vidyashram) Jubilee Hills

‘ A special kind of school’ Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Public School, Jubilee Hills was founded in the year 1979. The main aim and objectives of the school is the development of all students as well adjusted, confident, independent and free thinking individuals. The school has classes from kindergarten to class X and there are three thousand students on roll. The school has excellent infrastructure which includes a vast play ground with tennis, throw ball, cricket, basket ball courts, three state of the art computer labs, two well equipped libraries, Inno labz, science, labs, resource room, craft, music and dance room etc. The principal and the staff are friendly, caring approachable and open to new ideas. The school has won several awards mainly Intel, Computer Literacy award, 5S award and the International school award instituted by British Council. The school received 1.5 lakhs from the department of culture, Govt of India for the development of art and culture. The school has won the Stamp Designing at National level and painting competition at International level. The staff and students too have brought laurels to the school at National and State Level. The school is a blend of both modern and tradition and it stands for reintegration of Indian culture, synthesizing the ancient spiritual values of India, adapted to suit the needs and requirements of modern times.
