As part of an ongoing commitment to supporting school visits, the Saatchi Gallery annually hosts St Charles' drama students at the gallery for their AS level drama exams. In 2010 students devised drama performances in response to works in the exhibition The Empire Strikes Back as entries for their 2010 exams. They rehearsed and performed in front of a live audience at the gallery and were graded for their performances on the day. This year, students responded to the exhibition Newspeak Part 2 and performed in the gallery space in March 2011.
