This piece is based on my granddad, which I turned into a caricature. With my piece being a caricature I decided to make the skin tone very unrealistic, basically abstract. I chose these colours to represent mixed emotion and also to relate to the artist Gerald Scarfe. I have used acrylic paint and clay to make my sculpture. |
